Returns and exchanges

Return Policy

Products can be returned to Poiema Publicaciones without prior authorization. To receive full credit, the following is required:

  1. Books must be received in good salable condition (no folded pages, no sticker glue, no damage to the cover).
  2. A receipt must be submitted with the books. Please include the following information:
  3. Original invoice number
  4. Amount
  5. Titles of returned products
  6. The books should currently be on our backorder. We do not accept returns on books that are no longer published.
  7. The original purchase must be on a Poiema invoice
  8. Please take great care when packaging books so that they arrive in salable condition. This will ensure that you get your full refund.
